Here is the 45mm Elite Unit with double diopters w/zero profile 1.25" self-centering adapters.  Simply plug your eyepieces in.

What makes these even more special is that they are reversible.  Some 1.25" eyepieces are taller than others which gives plenty of clearance, but some superlow profile Orthos may bring your nose inbetween the eyepiece holders.  By flipping over the adapters as is done on the right side the adapter is higher profile and allows for much more comfortable innerocular spacing.  At the end of the day these are as comfortable to use as any 1.25" unit.  These units are set to about 60mm's innerocular spacing.
