We do not furnish loaner eyepieces for Star parties. Though we do not put restocking fees on eyepieces returned after star parties we do reserve the right to charge a repair fee or refuse returns on eyepieces that have been damaged or show excessive wear and/or scratches on the optics. We will not charge any restocking fees on returned, undamaged items. We also reserve the right to take between 3 to a maximum of 6 weeks to process returns on large item orders that exceed $1000. It is unlikely to take this much time to process, but sometimes it does. (Although we are not obligated to accept returns on Late or heavily discounted/Closed out items  We may issue in-store credits for these items at our desecration. --We do reserve the right to deny returns on these things.  All .965 products are not refundable unless otherwise stated. The reason is that .965 products are sold far too infrequently to be restocked. Personal binoculars that have been modified for you are considered a special order item and the service is not refundable.
