8" Dob telescope with a focal length of 1200mm and an aperture of 200mm. Great for amateur and experienced stargazers alike. To make viewing the night sky as easy as possible, the optical tube is attached to a Dobsonian mount and is very easy to assemble - the kit includes everything you will need to assemble it. The precision of the mount is guaranteed with manual azimuth and altitude slow-motion controls.

To make azimuth adjustments even smoother the azimuth slow-motion control has special roller bearings. The telescope comes with a 2" dual-speed achromatic Crayford focuser and a 1.25" adapter, which provide for exceptional precision during focusing. All optical elements are made of high-quality BK-7 glass and have a built-in cooling fan to reduce the time it takes the optics to adapt to the outside temperatures.

This telescope comes with a 9mm Plössl eyepiece, which yields sharp, clear views of the lunar and planetary surfaces. Even better, the 30mm SuperView eyepiece allows you to observe the wonders of the farthest reaches of the universe - with it, you can study star clusters, nebulae and galaxies that lie far beyond the Solar System.

This Newtonian telescope has an aperture of 254mm and a focal length of 1255mm. This telescope is a good choice if you are thinking about getting into stargazing. The Dobsonian mount makes the scope easy to assemble and control. The Dobsonian mount is very easy to assemble - the kit already includes everything you will need to assemble it. Placed into two slots on the assembled mount the optical tube is then locked in place with two springs. As soon as that is done, you can begin your observations.

Made of BK-7 glass the optical elements yields sharp high-quality views. The optical tube has a built-in fan that cools the primary mirror and protects it from deformation, which further adds to the quality of the produced views.

For precise focusing with no backlash this scope comes with a dual-speed Crayford focuser. The focuser accepts 1.25" eyepieces and also has a compression ring on the focuser allows you to attach accessories quickly. The use of roller bearings in the azimuth slow-motion control provides for smooth and precise movements of the mount.

An added bonus, this Dobsonian telescope comes with a wide-FOV SuperView eyepiece (included in the kit) to observe star clusters, galaxies and other deep-sky objects. If you want to observe the moons and planets of our solar system switch from the SuperView eyepiece to 9mm Plössl, and you will be able to see small lunar craters and get clear images of Mars and even Saturn.
